I believe that Matt was in the rear right seat of the truck. Matt threw himself out of this vehicle after the explosion and began crawling along the ground toward the vehicle which was following him.
Just to better understand what he has gone through, my kids and I got down on our tummies on our hardwood floor and tried crawling with only one arm. We didn't get very far. Take a look at the terrain Matt was crawling on!
